THE CUSTOMER PROFILE

Sales Srl is an Italian company focused on facility management. Its porfolio counts oveer 9,000 clients - mostly SMEs - for whom Sales manages the secondary business processes with a high degree of specialization: IT, HR, accounting, finance, front office, back office and many other services.

THE NEED

  1. The growth of Sales Srl highlighted the need for a digital transformation of their own processes. They came to us expressing the will to digitalize the sales activities and the administration.

THE SOLUTION

PRODUCTS: MARK  Suite

  1. We chose to respond to Sales srl' requests by using our MARK Suite. We implemented many modules for them, covering a variety of business areas, from Projects to HR. The main focus was, of course, on the CRM module, to streamline the management of the customer base, and on the Sales module. The latter enabled them to fully control all of the sub-processes linked to Pre-Sales, Sales and Invoicing. The process management was made even easier through the Workflow Management.
